Threat of World War III, Ahmadinejad Cancel to Turkey

TEHRAN - After Iran said the existence of Patriot missiles in Turkey will create World War III, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad immediately cancel his visit to Turkey. Cancellations immediately create speculation about relations between Iran and Turkey.

In early 2012, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan invited Ahmadinejad to attend the 739th Year of Birth Warning Rumi. Rumi was a Sufi cleric who spent much of his time in Persia and died in Turkey.

The two countries will also discuss a number of economic issues as well as Turkey's decision to cut imports of Iranian oil. However, there are also comments from Iranian military official General Hassan Firouzabadi on Patriot missiles in Turkey.

According Firouzabadi, missiles and Iran threatens the existence of the missile could trigger World War III. Ahmadinejad was immediately announced cancellation of his visit to Turkey. But until now, there was no further comment from Iran and Turkey. Similarly, as reported by ISNA, on Monday (17/12/2012).

So far, the deployment of Patriot missiles were carried by Turkey in order to be aware of the threat of missiles from Syria. But it was actually criticized Iran and Russia.

The deployment of the missiles was approved enumerated by the United States (U.S.) and supported by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Although located in Turkey, the missiles can only be used in the control of NATO.
