PHOENIX - Mexican Cartels find unique ways to smuggle drugs into the United States. They shot his drug package by using the cannon.
"This is the first time the use of the findings of the cannon by smugglers, before they were known to use a slingshot to smuggle drugs" said a spokesman for the U.S. Border Patrol, Kyle Estes, as quoted by Reuters on Thursday (12/13/2012).
This unique method was revealed after U.S. border patrol discovered 33 cans containing marijuana fell about 500 meters from the border fence between the U.S. and Mexico. Patrols are then do a search where marijuana was coming from and found a cannon located in the Mexican state bordering Arizona.
