WASHINGTON - A series of serious charges, including murder, weapons smuggling and murder civilians, approached the founder of security firm Blackwater, the security company being investigated for committing a massacre in Iraq.

Accusations, including a claim that the company's founder, Erik Prince, the former employees have been killed in cooperation with federal investigators, stated in a sworn statement on trial in a Virginia court on Monday night local time (Friday morning GMT) .

The company is considered to be the leading company in providing security to the company intentionally hired by the Pentagon and the State Department to protect military convoys and guard U.S. diplomats in Iraq.

Allegations filed against Prince by two former employees, one of whom is a former member of the U.S. Marines, who conceal their identity. So they called John Doe summons (term to refer to people who are not known in the U.S.) 1 and John Doe 2. They both said that they were concerned about their lives if their identities were dismantled.

In a statement, John Doe 2, who has worked for Blackwater for four years, confirmed that Prince thought of himself as a soldier of the Crusades from the Christian duty to exterminate Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe, he also said that Blackwater advocate and appreciate the carnage in Iraq.

They both claim that Prince and other officials have destroyed videotape evidence, e-mails and documents that incriminate them, they also hide their criminal actions of the U.S. State Department.

In a sworn statement, John Doe 1 claimed that - based on information provided to him by former colleagues - apparently Prince and his employees have killed one or more persons who leaked, or plan to leak the information to the federal authorities about the crimes of Blackwater.

The affidavit is part of a motion filed by the defense representing 60 Iraqi civilians and prosecute Blackwater for their crimes. Demands of five civilians were combined and handled by a judge in northern Virginia. The motion is a response to a request made by Blackwater to dismiss the case.

Blackwater, which has lost contracts worth millions of dollars from the foreign ministry in May last, denying accusations directed at them and oppose these proceedings. There is still no criminal charges were addressed to Prince.

In a statement released to CNN, the company said it would respond to the allegations without substance and without a name statement filed by the plaintiff in a document that will be released on August 17.

Blackwater added, "It is clear that the plaintiffs would prefer to" malign "the lord Prince rather than express the view of the facts that the law will be considered by the court. We will be happy to face them in court." We question the judgment of anyone who makes a declaration without this name. "

Sworn statement of John Doe 2 confirmed that Prince was deliberately finding and sending the people who have the same with him, who wants a Christian supremacy. Prince knowing and wanting these men to take every minute opportunities to slaughter Iraqis. Most of these people use designations that are based on the Knights Templar, the Christian warrior who falls in the Crusades. He added that the members of the Blackwater often use the terms racist and full of insults.

In a separate motion as thick as 72 pages quoting the second person, also mentioned that the Blackwater guards committed genocide, taking drugs that affect the mind, steroids, and enjoying the prostitution of children.

Prince accused of smuggling illegal weapons into Iraq by using his private plane. He is accused of allowing his men to use explosive ammo illegal to have a deadly impact on the Iraqi people. He was also accused of extortion and tax evasion.

In two separate statements on the Blackwater, which now operates under the Xe Services LLC, mentioned that there were a number of incidents of Blackwater excesses are recorded in a video, then watched together at the end of the day, and then removed.

Party Blackwater shy when asked to comment about the issue by The Times yesterday.

Blackwater lawyers insist that Prince and Blackwater "not guilty" to what is alleged. A company spokesman declined to comment to the media.

District Of Columbia U.S. attorney's office declined to comment on the case.

Five Blackwater members who stand up and say that they are "innocent" in the alleged massacre, is currently awaiting trial on a shooting incident in Nisour Square, Baghdad, on 16 September 2009, which makes 100 Iraqis lost their lives. A member of Blackwater's sixth, Jeremy Ridgeway, pleaded guilty to genocide and massacre against Iraqi efforts.
