SYDNEY - A goat stay one day in jail because he ate flower in garden art museum in Sydney, Australia. This penalty considered strange because given to animals.

The owner of Gary, James Dezarnaulds, aka Jimbo Bazoobi, also imposed a fine of 440 dollars on August 22 after police arrested the goat was munching flowers outside the Sydney Museum of Contemporary Art.
This case finally brought to the court in Sydney. Judge Carolyn Barkell said that goat named Gary was accused has eating flower in the city park.

"I received a report with accusation a goat that damage a city park, but there is no evidence Bazoobi bring Gary to the park," he explained, as reported by the SMH, Wednesday (01/23/2013).
Gary's lawyer, Paul McGirr says to the court that the police has been issue a allegations of violations that is wrong, because the charges were devoted to human, not for goats.
"We can not punish a goat because there is no proof," said McGirr.
Bazoobi said that he was free on fines and Gary are also freed from the punishment. Comedians from Australia that is also not required to give evidences and there are no decision of the case.
