Jewish Zionist cunning fox Ibrahim Mosque So Synagogue

Israeli troops strict vigil around

region.
AL KHALIL - About 150 Jewish settlers, with the support of the Israeli soldiers, broke into the Mosque of Abraham in the Ishakiyya in al-Khalil (Hebron), the West Bank.

Zaid al-Jabari, the head of the department of endowments and donations, on Wednesday (12/11) said that the incident was the first time that the Zionist settlers entered the mosque, since the massacres committed by Baroach Goldstein in 1994, in the event recorded 29 Muslims who were in the mosque lost their lives and 150 others were injured.

Al-Jabari warned that extremist settlers will make every attempt to obstruct that Muslims can not enter the Ibrahimi Mosque and, more surprisingly, launched an effort to foul and typical Jewish cunning to turn the mosque into a synagogue.

He added that since last week, the Israeli authorities had imposed the ban to Muslims to use the loudspeaker during a prayer chant.

Zionist barbarism again seen when the Israeli authorities have also closed the mosque on Saturday and Sunday (19-20), which coincides with the feast of Eid al-Fitr. Closure makes Muslims can not pray Eid after Ramadan fasting for a month.

Khalil al-Muslims are not allowed to execute the service of the Ibrahimi Mosque, one of the Muslim holy sites in Palestine.

However, a spokesman for the Israeli Civil Administration, argued and said that the closure is only set on Saturday. Every Friday during the holy month of Ramadan, the mosque was used exclusively by Muslims.

Told Arab News, Al-Jabari said that Israeli troops also implemented tight security in the old city of Hebron to protect the settlers. The complex is also known as the tomb of the Prophet Abraham. The site is also used as a Jewish holy site second after the Second Jewish Temple. The site is also a place of worship of Christians. Ibrahimi Mosque is 1,000 years old and the second holy site of Muslims in Palestine, after the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

Shamgar Committee formed by the government of Israel divide the mosque into Jewish and Muslim sections after the massacre that occurred in 1994 when a fire on the Jewish occupiers of Muslims inside the mosque to pray Fajr.
Since then, the Israeli authorities have repeatedly violated the rights of Muslims in the Ibrahimi Mosque by prohibiting Muslims to worship in the mosque, especially during the Jewish feasts.

The radical Jewish settlers often contaminate the Ibrahimi Mosque and Muslim rioting and disturbing the worshipers inside.

"All religions prohibit the desecration of the holy places," said Al-Jabari, he called the ban on Muslims to enter the mosque compound as a violation of international law that frees access to the holy places.

According to the Wye River agreement signed by Benjamin Netanyahu (in his first term as Prime Minister) and the late Palestinian President Yasser Arafat in 1998, Hebron is divided into two regions.

Area called the H1 area under Palestinian control, while the H2 area controlled by Israel. The number of Palestinians living in the H1 is estimated at 150,000 people, while Jewish settlers living in the H2 numbered about 400 people.

The mosque is located in the H2 zone in Hebron, which is under the direct control of the Israeli military forces. Although located in the heart of the city, H2 is also a zone where there are hundreds of militant Israeli settlers, protected by armed soldiers. The area is equipped with a number of military checkpoints and certain areas off-limits to Palestinians.

Something similar happened in the year 2006, Israeli troops stationed at that time in the Ibrahimi Mosque. Because they are "disturbed" by the increasing number of Muslims who come to the mosque to pray at the beginning of the month of Ramadan, Israel closed the mosque.

Zionist soldiers stationed at the mosque said they "only" want to make sure that the Jewish population living illegally in al-Khalil to celebrate Rosh Hashanah in peace.

Before closing the mosque, Israeli soldiers intensify the search and arrest Palestinians at the entrance to the mosque, they then restrict anyone is allowed to enter. In the end they completely shut down the mosque while Muslims continue to queue to get into the mosque to pray during Ramadan.

Ibrahimi Mosque is a site full of tension because of the 5,000 Israeli settlers invaded al-Khalil since the late 1970s and took over the building that was built in the Palestinian city of 250,000 people.
